  4. Signed Agreement form: You will be required to sign an agreement form that shows the terms and conditions of your application and enrollment.
  5. Transcript (Optional): If you are transferring from another University, you must include your Academic transcript.
  6. Parent’s Passport: (If under 18): If you are under 18, you need to include a copy of one of your parent’s international passports.

Pick a program and intake

Fill the Admission Form

Then upload a passport photograph.

Sign the Agreement form

You will be presented with an agreement form that shows the terms and conditions of your application and enrollment. Read it carefully, and if you agree to the terms, sign the form electronically or print, sign, and upload the scanned copy.

Upload Required Documents

After signing the agreement form, you will need to upload the following documents.

  • Scanned copy of your valid international passport.
  • Scanned copy of your educational certificates (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or Bachelor’s degree)
  • Scanned copy of your transcripts (If transferring from another University)
  • Scanned copy of your parent’s international passport (If under the age of 18)

Video Interview

After uploading your documents, you will be taken to the video interview page to participate in a video interview. This interview serves two main purposes;

Pay the Admission Fee

Upon completing the video interview, you will be required to pay the admission fee, which is usually $150. To facilitate the payment process for Nigerian students, we have partnered with local payment gateways in Nigeria, allowing you to easily pay using local payment methods. If your card allows international transactions, you can also choose to pay directly in USD or via Bank transfer to Georgia.

Personal Enrollment Officer and Offer Letter

After your payment has been confirmed, ApplytoGeorgia LLC will assign a personal enrollment officer to you, who will guide you through the remaining steps of the admission process. Within 1 -5 working days, you will receive your offer letter from the University, confirming your eligibility for enrollment based on your qualifications and application.

Document Translation and Notarization

Your documents will be forwarded for translation and Notarization to meet Georgian legal requirements. The cost of this process is already included in your admission fee. The translation and notarization process usually takes 1 – 3 working days.

Placement Letter and Visa Form

Upon completing the translation and notarization process, you will receive your placement letter, confirming your registration at the University and your allocated seat in your chosen program. At this point, our system will prompt you to fill out the visa form, which is crucial for initiating your visa application process.

NCEQE Recognition

Your placement letter and other documents will be submitted to the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE), which is the subdivision of the Georgian Ministry of Education. The NCEQE will verify the authenticity of your documents, a process that usually takes 10 – 15 days. Once your documents are verified, you will receive a recognition letter from the NCEQE.

Admission Letter

Within a few days of receiving the NCEQE recognition letter, you will receive your official admission letter from the university, marking the successful completion of your admission process. You will also receive your student ID and other important enrollment details along with the admission letter.

Tuition Fee Payment

You will have to pay a part of your tuition to the University after getting your Admission letter. This payment confirms your commitment to studying at the university and secures your place in your chosen program.

Visa Process
